Billing teams get a second routing path for claims, eligibility, and remittance data, alongside CureAR’s existing Office Ally connection.
TechMatter today announced that CureAR now connects to Harris Secure Connect, a clearinghouse operating since 1998, in addition to its existing Office Ally connection.
Providers should aim for a 98% clean claims rate (HFMA), and much of what separates that top tier from the rest of the industry comes down to how consistently a claim clears clearinghouse-level edits before a payer ever sees it. A single clearinghouse relationship can become a single point of delay when payer requirements shift, maintenance windows land at the wrong time, or connectivity issues arise on the payer’s end rather than the practice’s. CureAR’s billing teams asked for more routing flexibility for exactly this reason, and Harris Secure Connect’s payer-specific edits and configurable claim rules were built to handle that kind of variability.
CureAR remains a dashboard layer that sits on top of clearinghouse infrastructure, not a clearinghouse itself, and does not process claims independently of the clearinghouses it connects to. With Harris Secure Connect now active alongside Office Ally, billing teams still work from the same centralized CureAR dashboard they already use, with claims able to route through either connection depending on payer requirements and practice preference, without adding a second interface for staff to learn.
“Billing teams do not want a second login to manage, they want a second option when the first path is not working,” said Mubashir Hanif. “Adding Harris Secure Connect gives our clients more routing flexibility without changing anything about how they already use CureAR day to day.”

Harris Secure Connect’s platform includes payer-specific claim scrubbing, CCI and NCCI compliance checks, and configurable routing rules by provider, location, payer, or procedure group. CureAR’s AI-driven denial management works alongside these clearinghouse-level checks, reviewing claims against historical approval and denial patterns before submission so issues are caught earlier rather than surfacing as a rejection after the fact.
“Every clearinghouse connection we add has to earn its place by solving a real routing or reliability problem, not just adding a logo,” Hanif added. “Harris Secure Connect does that for the practices we serve, and it gives our billing teams one more way to keep claims moving when a single path gets congested.”

TechMatter says the integration is rolling out to current CureAR clients in phases, with the two-clearinghouse setup available to new clients at signup.
